[Service] Add to notes which set you'd like us to spring swap it to if you have 2 sets of switches in order.

Will only be applied to lubed or lubed and filmed switches!!!
Otherwise will be shipped stock and uninstalled with non lubed switches
Krytox 105 will be applied to spring set that you are swapping to.
